Inclusive Football is about ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to be involved in the game. In particular this includes;

• people with disabilities,
• Indigenous people,
• people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and
• newly arrived migrants and refugees.

FFA is committed to ensuring groups who face disadvantage are fully welcomed and supported within all levels of the game and have the opportunity to participate in football as players, coaches, referees, administrators or volunteers.

Football by its very nature is an accessible sport which embraces diversity and is played by millions of people worldwide in various forms. FFA acknowledges this potential and is committed to developing an environment where accessibility and diversity is valued.
